At RICARDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
